When a local realtor team came to us to promote a unique development they were listing, we saw it as an opportunity to take a highly visual approach to display the tranquillity and luxury available from these remote properties on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada. Otter Point Estates feature ocean views and build-ready acreage properties, only a few minutes from the Sooke Village core.

We went with the Apartt Villa theme, created by Template_Path, to showcase the listing. After customizing the theme to best fit this property, the client was quite happy with the final result, and since the properties are being quickly snapped up, apparently their clients do, too.

In addition to WordFence, the security plugin we use on all websites to protect them from unauthorized access and security exploits, we chose the Ninja Forms contact forms to ensure leadgeneration was effectively and efficiently captured.
