When Luc needed a new website, he went to Facebook to find a good recommendation through a local Rant and Rave group. A former client said good things about us, which led to a phone call and then a meeting to discuss what we do and how we might be able to help him. Scheduling the meeting was tricky – I was about to go on vacation and Luc was planning a trip to look at an investment opportunity. In one of those weird twist-of-fates, we were going to be less than 40km apart – on the other side of the country. It was almost easier to coordinate a meeting there vs. our office here in Victoria, but we managed to make it work so we could take care of things before we left.

Luc has a renovation company specializing in the fine finishing work that makes a home look amazing: coffered ceilings, detailed millwork, raised panels, and exquisite mouldings. A brilliant move on Luc’s part is to offer a base price for his renovations – a complete bathroom renovation starting at $8500 and room renovations starting at $1600. This is a smart approach to help his customers understand what they’ll need for a budget when they’re planning home renovations in Victoria.

To build Luc’s new website – VilleneuveHomeImprovements.ca – we started with the Divi theme and tweaked it up to show off the services he provides as well as the details in his work. We also set up a Google My Business profile for him to help local clients find him faster and easier, and we created an account for him on Houzz, a popular service for people looking for inspiration for their home renovations.

We are working with Luc on a monthly basis, helping with ads on Facebook and Google to generate awareness and bring in new prospects.

If you’d like to know how we can help you build your business in Victoria, give us a call or send us an email. We’d love to learn more about you.
